The training manual will be the third of the partnerships activities. It will consist of a range of modules with specific focused activities targeted to the development of the underlying knowledge, skills, attitudes and values identified within the research and developed within the portfolio of competencies.
It will be:
- Focused on the key competencies
- Clear Aims / Objectives
- Practical exercises / activities
- Person centered – individual development
- Reflective application of learning
Testing of the modules and training activities will begin in the spring of 2016.
Leading the development of the Training Manual will be Vedogiovane from Italy.
